The major business scope of cooperation includes:

2.                      Consultation services for Chinese companies seeking US investors;

3.                      Consultation services for Chinese companies seeking investment or M&A opportunities in USA ;

4.                      Consultation services for US companies seeking investment or M&A opportunities in China;

5.                      Professional assistance to US companies, which already have an existence in China, in negotiating or arranging equity or asset transactions with their Chinese counterparts or other related parties in China .
